“Tongluo Park Sewage Treatment Plant Phase 2 Project – Functional Enhancement of Conductivity Treatment Facilities” is a turnkey project to treat high conductivity wastewater. After the completion of the second phase of the project, in addition to the general chemical treatment unit, the advanced facility will also have a membrane biological treatment unit. Other advanced facilities such as resin softening and RO systems will improve the quality of the effluent water after treatment. As for the public’s expectation that the discharge outlet of the sewage treatment plant will extend downstream to the sea outlet. Besides, Hsinchu Science Park has launched a feasibility assessment of the downstream extension of the discharge outlet of the Tongluo Park discharge pipe, and the assessment will be completed by the end of June 2022.
Hsinchu Science Park proclaims that the Tongluo Park has carried out an environmental monitoring plan in accordance with the environmental monitoring program commitment, and has commissioned the Environmental Protection Agency certification and inspection agency to conduct environmental testing.
