The project focused on the planning, design, construction and operation of a sewerage system in Tamsui, including:

Construction and daily operation of the water treatment facility (56,000 CMD). Specifically, to purify wastewater collected from the sewer by physical, chemical, and biological means. Treated water that fulfills disposal standards after removal of organic and suspended solids will be discharged.

Laying and maintenance of public and household pipelines in Tamsui and Zhuwei. The two districts encompass 52 km of public pipelines, which channel the sewage of 56,763 households’ plumbing systems to the water recycling center in Tamsui.

Pipeline maintenance and collection of sewage from household plumbing in Danhai New Town. Wastewater has to be transmitted from branch sewers, sub-mains, and mains to the water recycling center in Tamsui for purification.
