Kaohsiung Lin Hai Water Resources Center is contracted by HDEC and CTCI and operated on February 14th with an opening ceremony. Moreover, Kaohsiung Lin Hai Water Resources Center is the first sewerage and reclaimed water treatment plants demo at the same time.
When Kaohsiung Lin Hai Water Resources Center begins its operation, it can deal with 55,000 tons of sewage per day and supply 33,000 tons of reclaimed water to the Lin Hai Industrial Zone. When the expansion in near future is completed, the total supply of reclaimed water can supply 60,000 tons per day. Kaohsiung Lin Hai Water Resources Center can offer a stable and high-quality water sources and in the future, it can become the strongest support for Kaohsiung’s industrial development.
Jerry Chou, the CEO of HDEC and HDEC-CTCI (Lin hai) Corporation, states that, Kaohsiung City Government foresees the demand for water in the greater Kaohsiung area, so HDEC subordinates and promotes the development of diversified water resources. By using the professional knowledge and skill from HDEC, we construct Kaohsiung Linhai Water Resources Center for Kaohsiung City Government. This Water Resources Center will become the first water resources center in Taiwan with the first sewage and reclaimed water plant in place, and also an educational park with environmental protection, landscape, ecology and educational functions.
